一、工程领域简介

计算机技术领域工程硕士专业学位是与本工程领域任职资格相联系的专业性学位。硕士生应成为基础扎实、素质全面、工程实践能力强,并具有一定创新能力的应用型、复合型高层次工程技术和和工程管理人才。计算机技术领域涉及的技术包括但不限于:数据采集与处理、信息管理与信息系统、计算机网络与通讯、网络与信息安全、软件工程、多媒体、嵌入式系统、互联网与物联网等。

 

二、本领域覆盖范围

计算机技术包括计算机软硬件系统的设计、开发以及与其他领域紧密相关的应用系统的研究、开发和应用,涉及计算机科学与技术学科的理论、技术和方法。主要研究计算机在企业信息化、大数据、智能检测与控制、软件工程、移动互联网、数字媒体、网络与信息安全等领域中的应用方法和技术等。

三、培养目标和要求

根据社会发展需要,面向企事业单位对计算机技术人才的需求,培养基础扎实、素质全面、工程实践能力强,并具有一定创新能力的应用型、复合型高层次计算机工程技术和管理人才。本领域工程硕士学位获得者,要热爱祖国、遵纪守法、德智体全面发展,具有高度的社会责任感和科学严谨、求真务实的工作作风及良好的团队合作能力;掌握计算机技术领域的基础理论、先进技术方法和技术手段,具有在本领域或交叉领域的某一方向独立从事应用研究和工程设计、开发、实施、管理等能力。

 

四、培养方式及学习年限

硕士生的培养方式为导师负责制,课程学习和科学研究可以相互交叉。全日制硕士研究生采取全脱产的培养方式,课程学习主要在校内完成,论文答辩须在校内完成。学习年限为2-4年(含休学),一年修完学位要求的学分后可申请论文选题。第二年主要进行专业实践和论文研究。论文研究工作时间一般不少于1年。

五、课程设置、学分要求及考核方式

攻读全日制来华留学计算机技术工程硕士的研究生,应修最低学分为35学分,其中公共必修课20学分,基础理论课4学分,专业课11学分。

课程考核方式分为考试课和考查课两种。

1.考试课由试卷成绩和平时成绩两部分构成,平时成绩作为试卷上的单独一道大题,不超过50%。考试可采取闭卷或开卷两种形式,由国际学院统一组织。开卷考试只限携带课堂笔记和教材,不允许携带各种打印、复印资料。

2.考查课不组织考试,学生提交考核报告或结课论文,并由任课老师结合平时表现给出百分制成绩。

六.学位论文要求

1.文献综述与选题报告

硕士学位论文选题应来源于应用课题或现实问题,其研究成果要有实际或潜在的应用价值。学位论文的选题必须在第三学期期中(10月底前)完成,选题报告统一交培养单位办公室。

选题报告应不少于3000字(不含图表),其内容主要包括:课题的意义,国内外关于该课题的研究现状及发展趋势,论文的基本构思、研究方法、计划进度、预期目标及成果,主要参考文献等。选题报告中引用中、外文文献不少于20篇(外文文献不少于5篇)。

2.论文中期检查

在学位论文工作中期(第四学期),组织专家组对硕士生的论文工作完成情况、工作态度等方面进行检查,提出改进建议。

3.论文评审、答辩

学位论文可以用英文或中文撰写。学位论文完成后,根据《石家庄铁道大学工程硕士研究生学位论文答辩与学位申请程序》执行。论文需有两位具有高级职称的专家审查。答辩委员会至少由三位具有高级职称的专家组成。通过答辩后,经学院和学校学术委员会批准,授予工学硕士学位。

IIntroduction

The Master's degree in the field of computer technology is a professional degree associated with the qualification for employment in the field of computer technology. This master program trains compound and applied talents of high-level computer engineering technology and engineering management with solid foundation, comprehensive quality, strong practical ability and innovative capability. The technologies involved in the field of computer technology include, but not limited to, data acquisition and processing, embedded systems and applications, information management and information systems, computer networks and communications, computer network and information security, software engineering, information management, information retrieval, multimedia, Internet and Internet of Things etc.

IIScope of professional

The field computer technology includes the design and development of computer software and hardware systems, and the research, development and application of computer-based application systems closely related to other fields. The master’s degree gainers should love the motherland, abide by the law and regulations, and be well developed in moral, intellectual and physical with high degree of social responsibility and scientific and rigorous, realistic and pragmatic work style and good team cooperation ability. They should know well the fundamental theories, advanced techniques and tools in the field of computer technology, and have the capability of independently engaging in the application research and engineering design, development, implementation and management in a certain direction in the field or in a cross-cutting field.

IVTraining model and study period

Master’s training model is the tutor-responsible system. Course learning and scientific research can cross each other. Full-time graduate students take full-time training model. Course learning and thesis defense must be completed on campus. The duration of studies is 2~4 years (including suspension). Full-time graduate students may apply for thesis topic selection after receiving credits required for degree in the first year. They mainly engage in professional practices and thesis work in the second year, and usually spend no less than one year for completing the thesis work.

VCourse setting, credit requirements and assessment methods

To study for a master's degree in computer technology in China, 35 credits is the minimum requirement, including 20 credits for public compulsory courses, 4 credits for basic theory courses, and 11 credits for professional courses.

a) Examination result is composed of test paper score and performance score (less than 50%). Exams may be either closed or opened, organized by the school of international education. The open-book exam is limited to carrying class notes and textbooks, not allowed to carry any other kinds of printing and photocopying materials.

b) For courses with the requirement to submit a term paper, the student should submit an investigation report or a course paper.

VIThesis requirements

iThesis Proposal

The topic of thesis proposal should come from practical project or real problem, and should have specific career background, and have practical or potential value for industry applications. The thesis proposal must be completed in the mid-term of the third semester (before the end of October).

It is required that the length of thesis proposal should be more than 3000 words (excluding the words in figures and tables). It mainly includes background and significance, present status and development trend, basic idea of the thesis, research methods, planned schedule, goals and expected results, main references, etc. More than 20 references should be cited in the proposal (no less than 5 Chinese literatures).

ii. Mid-term review

The thesis work will be reviewed in the fourth semester. The expert group check the progress status of the thesis, working attitude of the graduate student, and propose suggestions for the improvement of the thesis.

iii. Thesis review and defense

The thesis can be completed in English or Chinese. The thesis defense is carried out according to the “Thesis Defense and Degree Application Procedure of Master Degree of Shijiazhuang Tiedao University”. The paper should be reviewed by two experts with senior titles. The defense committee consists of at least three experts with senior titles. After successfully passing the defense, and approved by both the school academic committee and the university academic committee, the master’s degree will be awarded.
