一、培养目标

二、研究方向

本培养方案适用于土木工程一级学科下的各专业方向。主要研究方向及其内容如下:

1.工程结构安全监测与灾变控制

主要针对野外恶劣环境条件下工程结构长期实时监测、实时诊断和预测预报、灾变理论与控制等关键科学技术问题,进行结构健康监测与诊断评估理论、健康监测系统研究与设计、结构健康监测信息处理、工程结构灾变理论与控制研究,结构健康监测与安全评估体系的构建等方面的研究。

2.隧道围岩稳定性理论及控制技术

主要研究围岩与支护结构体系相互作用机理,高地应力和地下水对围岩稳定性的影响机理;高地应力、软弱围岩隧道支护设计原理和方法等围岩稳定性理论;隧道体系空间极限位移、位移速率与形态规律,隧道体系稳定性位移评价方法;隧道施工过程力学与隧道体系位移控制安全施工技术;隧道结构耐久性及运营安全风险控制理论等。

3.地基变形控制与特殊土路基、岩土体损伤演化及地质灾害防控

主要研究高速铁路、重载铁路及多年冻土路基的变形控制与稳定性控制机理和技术,沉降变形的计算方法、监测手段和信息化控制技术;揭示冻土路基温度场的季节变化及长期演化规律,研究开发多年冻土的保护技术、季节性冻土的冻胀融沉防控技术。以及岩石开挖损伤演化机制、锚杆锚固质量高精度智能监测与岩土体稳定性预测、复杂地质条件隧道地质超前预报与灾害防治、尾矿库渗流稳定性控制等问题。

4.桥梁、房屋建筑结构力学行为与状态评估、随机激励下大型结构动力响应与控制

主要研究混凝土结构的界面断裂及少筋混凝土构件的断裂损伤机理、建筑钢结构中半刚性节点的受力性能和减震耗能机理、钢桥栓焊连接细节的疲劳损伤机理、既有钢桥的状态评估,钢-混凝土组合结构的受力性能和工作机理。以及桥梁、建筑物的风荷载与振动控制、结构的风荷载和风致雪荷载的分布、风灾害和地震灾害发生的机理、桥梁的地震反应和减振措施等。

三、培养方式及学制年限   

博士生的培养方式采取导师负责制。博士生的培养应以科学研究为主,课程学习和科学研究可以相互交叉,课程学习实行学分制,在申请答辩之前应修满所要求的学分。

博士生基础学制4年。全日制攻读博士学位的研究生(简称为全日制博士生)学习年限为3—6年,最长年限为6年。

四、课程设置与学分要求  

博士生课程设置分学位课和非学位课两大类,学位课分基础理论与专业课,非学位课分语言课和科研活动。

博士生在校期间应修最低学分为13学分,具体学分要求情况如下:

五、科学研究及学位论文

博士生学位论文的核心是体现知识创新,通过科学研究取得创造性研究成果。撰写学位论文是博士生培养的重要环节,是对博士生进行科学研究或承担专门技术工作的全面训练,是培养博士生创新能力、运用所学知识发现问题、分析问题和解决问题的综合能力的过程,也是申请和授予学位的基本依据。

1.论文要求:博士学位论文必须在科学或专门技术上做出创新性的研究成果,对我国科技进步和经济与社会发展做出贡献,能够表明作者具有独立从事科学研究的能力,反映作者在本学科上掌握了坚实宽广的基础理论和系统深入的专业知识。

2.论文选题:博士生在导师指导下确定研究方向,通过查阅文献、收集资料和调查研究等,了解本研究领域国内外现状、发展动态,并在此基础上确定论文题目,要体现学科领域的前沿性和先进性。博士生的学位论文选题时间一般应不迟于第二学期末。

3.开题报告:开题报告时间由导师根据博士生工作进度情况确定,开题报告一般应在第四学期末完成,最迟距申请答辩日期不少于一年半。

博士生开题报告必须在本学科或相关学科范围内公开进行,由导师组织相关学科3-5位专家(3位以上教授)对开题报告进行审查。

开题后,由于特殊原因需更换选题的,须重新进行开题,或由博士生本人提交书面申请报告,写明换题原因及新选题的具体内容,内容与开题报告的内容相同,报所在培养单位学位评定分委员会审批,并报国际学院备案。

4.学位论文中期考核和学位论文撰写:中期考核一般在论文研究工作进行至一半左右、并已撰写了一篇以上学术论文时进行,具体时间由导师确定,一般在第五至六学期完成。中期报告及考核表应送交培养单位存档。

博士学位论文应在导师或指导小组的指导下独立完成。成果应符合《石家庄铁道大学留学生攻读博士学位培养工作规定》的要求。

5.学位论文预答辩:博士生在完成学位论文后须进行学位论文预答辩。

6.学位论文送审、答辩:博士生完成各培养环节、通过预答辩、并达到学校规定的课程修读学分和研究成果要求,方可申请学位论文送审。送审评阅由培养单位聘请校内外专家进行。涉密课题须办理审批手续,并应严格按照涉密要求组织论文评阅人和答辩委员会。

博士学位论文经专家评阅,符合答辩条件后,经导师审阅合格,可申请博士学位论文答辩。答辩委员会由5名以上博导或正高级专业技术职务的同行专家组成,且至少应包括1位校外专家。答辩委员会主席由校外专家担任。答辩委员会成员名单应由培养单位审定,并报国际学院及研究生学院批准。

其他未尽事宜按照《高等学校接受外国留学生管理规定》、国务院学位委员会《关于普通高等学校授予来华留学生我国学位试行办法》等相关文件执行。

 

 

Educational Program for International Students of Ph.D of Civil Engineering

I . Training objective

II.  Research orientation

This training program is applicable to all majors under the first-level discipline of Civil Engineering. The main research directions and contents are as follows:

  1. Safety monitoring and disaster control of engineering structures

Mainly aimed at the field under the condition of bad environment engineering structure long-term real-time monitoring, real-time diagnosis and forecast, catastrophe theory and control. In the other hands, it also includes structural health monitoring and diagnosis assessment theory, the health monitoring system research and design, structural health monitoring information processing, catastrophe theory and control engineering structure research, the construction of structural health monitoring and safety evaluation system of research.

  1. Stability theory and control technology of tunnel surrounding rock

It includes the interaction mechanism of surrounding rock and supporting structure system, the influence mechanism of high ground stress and groundwater on the stability of surrounding rock firstly. Second content is the stability theory of surrounding rock, such as the design principle and method of high ground stress and weak surrounding rock tunnel support. The spatial limit displacement, displacement rate and morphological law of tunnel system, and the evaluation method of stability and displacement of tunnel system is the third research topic. Followed is the mechanics of tunnel construction process and safe construction technology of displacement control of tunnel system. Final one is the tunnel structure durability and operational safety risk control theory.

  1. Foundation deformation control, damage evolution of special soil, rock mass and geological disaster prevention and control

It mainly studies on the calculation method, monitoring method and information control technology of settlement control mechanism and stability control technology of high-speed railway, heavy-hawl railway subgrade. This research also reveals the seasonal variation and long-term evolution of temperature field of frozen soil subgrade, studies and develops the protection technology of frozen soil. And it provides the prevention and control technology of frost heaving, thawing and sinking of seasonal frozen soil. Besides that the damage evolution mechanism of rock excavation of anchor rod firmly quality, the high accuracy intelligent monitoring and predicting the stability of rock mass, complex geological conditions of tunnel geological advanced prediction and disaster prevention, tailings seepage stability control.

  1. Mechanical behavior and state assessment of bridge and building structures, dynamic response and control of large structures under random excitation

Main researches are interface fracture of concrete structure and less fracture damage mechanism of reinforced concrete member, the stress of the semi-rigid nodes in construction steel structure performance and damping energy dissipation mechanism, steel bridge fatigue damage mechanism of bolt welding connection details, both steel bridge condition assessment, mechanical properties of steel and concrete composite structure and working mechanism. And the structure under the wind load and vibration control, structure of the distribution of wind load and wind-induced snow load, wind disaster and earthquake disaster, the seismic response of the bridge, and the mechanism of vibration reduction measures, etc.

 

III.  Educational model and system 

The training of doctoral students adopts the system of tutor responsibility. The training of doctoral students should focus on scientific research, and curriculum learning and scientific research can intersect with each other. The credit system of course learning should be implemented, and the required credits should be completed before applying for defense.

Doctoral basic education system 4 years. The length of study for full-time post-graduate students (referred to as full-time doctoral students) is 3-6 years, with the longest duration of 6 years.

 

IV.  Curriculum and credit requirements 

Courses and credits required for doctoral programs are to be divided into degree courses and non-degree courses, basic theory and professional courses, and language courses and scientific research activities.

Doctoral students should take a minimum of 13 credits in school. The specific credit requirements are as follows:

V. Research and academic dissertation

The core of doctoral dissertation is to reflect knowledge innovation and achieve creative research results through scientific research. Thesis writing is an important part of the doctoral education, is a special technical work to doctoral students for scientific research or for comprehensive training, is to train doctoral students innovation ability, use knowledge discover problems, analyze and solve problems of the process of comprehensive ability, also is the basic foundation of application and award degrees.

aD.Eng thesis paper must be on the scientific or technical expertise to make innovative research, scientific and technological progress and economic and social development in China to contribute, to show that the writer has the ability of independent engaged in scientific research, reflected the author in this discipline to master a solid broad basic theory and system of professional knowledge.

bThe tutor determines the research direction, through the literature, collecting data and investigation, students should understand the research present situation, development trends. And based on this the topic is determined, which must manifest the advanced subject in the field. Doctoral dissertation topics should be selected no later than the end of the second semester.

cThe time of opening report shall be determined by the tutor according to the work progress of doctoral students. Generally, the opening report shall be completed at the end of the fourth semester.

The opening report of doctoral students must be made public within the scope of the discipline or related disciplines, and the tutor shall organize 3-5 experts (more than 3 professors) of relevant disciplines to review the opening report.

After opening, due to special reasons of the need to change the topic, the students must to opening again, or submit a written application report by PhD student himself, including specify reason of change and new topic, the specific content of the same content and the content of the opening report. It is submitted to the academic degree evaluation committee for examination and approval, to cultivate unit and be submitted to the international institute for the record.

dMid-term examination of dissertation and dissertation writing: mid-term examination generally in the middle part of total research and has finished an academic paper. The specific time be determined by the instructor, generally in 5 to 6 semesters. The interim report and examination form should be filed with the training unit.

Doctoral dissertation should be completed independently under the guidance of the tutor or the group. The results should meet the requirements of “Shijiazhuang Tiedao University for the training of overseas students for doctoral degrees”.

eDoctoral students should prepare pre-dissertation defense after completing dissertation.

f. Dissertation submission and defense: doctoral students can only apply for dissertation submission if they have completed all the training steps, passed the pre-defense, and met the requirements of course credit requirements by the school. The examination and review shall be conducted by the training unit which employing experts inside and outside the school. The examination and approval procedures for classified subjects shall be completed, and the dissertation evaluation and defense committee shall be organized in strict accordance with the confidentiality requirements.

Doctoral dissertation can be applied for doctoral dissertation defense after being evaluated by experts and qualified by the tutor. The defense committee shall consist of more than five experts in the and shall include at least one off-campus expert. The chairman of the defense committee shall be an off-campus expert. The list of members of the defense committee shall be examined and approved by the training institution and submitted to the international college and graduate school for approval.

Other matters not mentioned herein shall, in accordance with the regulation on administration of institutions of higher learning to accept foreign students, the academic degrees committee of the state council "about ordinary institutions of higher learning awarded to foreign students try out method" in China and related files.
