一.工程领域简介

电能作为现代最主要的二次能源,在生产和生活中获得了极广泛的应用,在人类社会的现代化进程中扮演了极其重要的角色。电能的生产和传输已形成了“电力工业”,其运行与管理的科学技术含量正在迅速提高;同时,电能的生产、传输、使用及其控制设备,也在不断地发展和更新,向智能化、成套化、高效能发展,逐步与电子计算机、微电子技术、电力电子技术相结合,形成新型的电工技术与设备,电气工程在国民经济、科学技术的发展中正起着越来越重要的作用。

电气工程领域主要包括:电能生产、传输及其使用全过程中,电力系统安全、可靠、经济地运行,各类电气设备和系统的设计、制造、运行、测量和控制等相关方面的工程技术。本工程领域与电子与通信工程、计算机技术、控制工程、材料工程、机械工程、仪器仪表工程、动力工程等工程领域均有紧密的联系。

二.本领域覆盖范围

电气工程领域的行业特征比较突出,主要包括:电力系统及其自动化、高电压与绝缘技术、电机与电器、电力电子与电力传动、电工理论与新技术、电能经济与管理、电气工程中的信息技术。

主要研究方向有:

1.电气自动化设备的研发制造;

2.电气自动化领域的测控技术;

3.电力电子与电力传动技术;

4.电气工程中的信息技术。

三.培养目标和要求

电气工程领域的专业学位硕士研究生教育是为全国有关工矿企业和工程部门培养电能生产、传输直至使用的全过程中,各种电气设备和系统的设计、制造、运行、测量和控制等方面高层次复合型、应用型、工程技术及管理人才。要求专业学位研究生具有良好的职业道德,积极为我国社会主义建设服务。应掌握电气工程领域坚实的基础理论和宽广的专门知识;掌握解决工

程问题的先进技术方法和现代化管理知识;掌握一门外语,能比较熟练地阅读电气工程领域的外文资料;具有创新意识和独立担负工程技术或工程管理工作的能力。

全日制硕士研究生专业学位获得者,可从事电气工程领域如下工作:

1新技术的研究开发;

2新成果向产品化、产业化转化过程中的科学技术问题的研究和解决;

3新技术、新产口在本企业推广应用中创新性识别、应用效益预测及组织实施的科学决策;

4推动工程设计的进步、企业新技术改造、新技术应用等过程中的科学技术问题的解决。

四.培养方式及学习年限

硕士生的培养方式为导师负责制,课程学习和科学研究可以相互交叉。全日制硕士研究生采取全脱产的培养方式,课程学习主要在校内完成,论文答辩须在校内完成。学习年限为2-4年(含休学),一年修完学位要求的学分后可申请论文选题。第二年主要进行专业实践和论文研究。论文研究工作时间一般不少于1年。

五.课程设置、学分要求及考核方式

课程设置分基础理论课、专业课和公共课。硕士生在校期间,应修学分为35学分。

六.学位论文要求

1. 文献综述与选题报告

硕士学位论文选题应直接来源于生产实际或者具有明确的生产背景和应用价值。论文选题可以是工程设计类、技术研究类、工程管理类、应用软件类等多种类型。学位论文的选题必须在第三学期期中(10月底前)完成,选题报告统一提交培养单位办公室。

选题报告应不少于3000字(不含图表),其内容主要包括:课题的意义,国内外关于该课题的研究现状及发展趋势,论文的基本构思,研究方法,计划进度,预期目标及成果,主要参考文献等。选题报告中引用中、外文文献不少于20篇(外文文献不少于5篇)。

2.论文中期检查

在学位论文工作中期(第四学期期中),按照工程领域组织专家组对专业学位硕士生的论文工作完成情况、工作态度等方面进行检查,由专家组提出改进建议。

3.论文评审、答辩

学位论文完成后,根据《石家庄铁道大学硕士研究生学位论文答辩与学位申请程序与要求》组织论文评审、答辩和学位授予工作。

IIntroduction

Electricity is the main secondhand energy at the present.  It got a very wide range of applications in production and life. In addition, it played an extremely important role in the modernization process of human society. "Power industry" was formed by electricity production and transmission. Science and technology content of its operation and management is increasing rapidly. At the same time, energy production, transportation, use and control equipment are also developing and upgrading. They are developing in the direction of intelligentized, completed sets and high-efficiency, gradually intermingling with the electronic computer,microelectronics and power electronics technology, and forming new electrical technology and equipment. Electrical engineering is playing an increasingly important role in the development of the national economy, science and technology.

Electrical engineering mainly includes the whole process of power generation, transmission and use, power system security, reliable and economic operation, design, manufacture, operation, measurement and control of various types of electrical equipment and systems, and related engineering technology. Electrical engineering closely links with electronics and communication engineering, computer technology, control engineering, materials engineering, mechanical engineering, instrumentation engineering, power engineering, and etc.

IICoverage area

The industrial characteristics of electrical engineering are outstanding. Electrical engineering mainly includes power systems and automation, high voltage and insulation technology, electric machinery and electric equipment, power electronics and power transmission, electrical theory and new technology, energy economy and management, and information technology in electrical engineering.

IIITraining objectives and requirements

Master degree in the field of electrical engineering should learn about firm basic theory and broad specialist knowledge, and grasp the advanced technical methods and modern management knowledge solving engineering problems. Meanwhile master degree must have a sense of innovation and have the ability to undertake engineering technology or project management in engineering.

Full-time master degree can take the jobs in the field of electrical engineering works, as follows:

IVTraining model and academic year

Master’s training model is the tutor-responsible system. Course learning and scientific research can cross each other. Full-time graduate students take full-time training model. Course learning and thesis defense must be completed on campus. The duration of studies is Learning life 2~4 years (including suspension). Full-time graduate students may apply for the thesis selected topic after completing credits required for degree in a year, and must spend no less than a year for writing studying paper.

VIRequirements of Dissertation

  1. Literature review and topic selection

The topic selection of master’s degree thesis should be directly from the actual production or definite manufacturing background and application value. It may be engineering design, technical research, project management, application software, etc. The topic of master’s degree paper must be completed in the third semester. The report of topic selection is submitted to the office of training unit.

The report of topic selection mainly includes: the meaning of this topic, research status and development trend about the topic at home and abroad, the basic idea of the thesis, research methods, schedules, goals and achievements, main references, etc. The Chinese literature and foreign literature are not less than 20 in the report (the foreign literatures are not less than 5).

  1. Interim inspection

The complete status and work attitude are inspected by the expert group of engineering domains in the middle of professional degree master's dissertation. Then the experts suggest improvements.

  1. Review and defense of dissertation

Review and defense of dissertation and the work of conferring academic degrees are conducted according to defense of graduate dissertation, the procedures and requirements of degree application for Shijiazhuang Tiedao University.
